Charity and Jen
Charity Spalding (APD)
Charity Spalding is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in helping people optimise their nutrition. Over her career, she has worked with both adults and children at various Sydney hospitals. She is also currently a registered NDIS provider. In 2017, Charity started Accessible Nutrition, a private practice where she works with children, their families and people with disability to help them reach their nutrition potential. In this role, she conducts direct client consultations, gives community presentations, writes books like this and even tries her hand at food styling!
Jen Richards is a food writer and copywriter in the space where gastronomy meets sustainability. She writes for a number of premium food brands, small businesses and community organisations and a variety of online and traditional publications. She is passionate about equipping communities with cooking skills to empower people to be healthy, sustainable and food secure – now and in the future.
