Can breakfast cereal be dinner?
In this video Charity uses weetbix/weetabix to crumb chicken tenders for a delicious dinner meal. Make a double batch and you can have these on a wrap with salad for lunch the next day!

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 heaped dessert spoons of plain flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
8 weetbix, crushed
600g chicken tenders
spray oil
Serve with salad or vegetables of your choice!

Jen makes Cheesy Caraway Scones the traditional way. Serve these instead of bread rolls next time you're having soup.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups self raising flour
90 grams very cold chopped butter
~1 cup shredded/grated cheese
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 cup milk plus a little extra to brush the top of the scones
Extra sprinkle of cheese or caraway seeds to put on top of the scones

Cook at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-20mins until cooked

In this no chop recipe video Charity shows you how you can make risotto even when you can't find Arborio rice in the supermarket. Bonus - it involves a lot less stirring, minimal compared to traditional risotto.
You can change this recipe to suit your own tastes. It should work with any flavour combination you'd like.

Ingredients:
small amount of oil
1 heaped cup frozen diced onion or 1 large onion, diced
500g chicken, diced
1kg pumpkin/sweet potato (or similar)
2 cups Brown Rice and Quinoa mix OR Arborio rice if you can find it at the supermarket!
5 cups Chicken Stock, salt reduced
1/2 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (to your taste)
Pepper to taste
Serve with other vegetables - for example, cooked green veggies.

2 cups plain flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup brown sugar
2-3 carrots, grated
2 apples, grated
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil (anything with a light flavour, eg. sunflower oil, canola oil, rice bran oil. Probably best NOT to use extra virgin olive oil)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
